MOR provides consulting, analytics, cost-transformation tools, and dashboards via website content, email, and client engagements. All services are subject to individual statements of work executed separately.

By submitting any content—names, emails, business data—you grant MOR (Seven17 LLC) a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and analyze that content for marketing, analytics, service improvements, and business development purposes.

You represent that all submitted content is accurate, lawful, and non-infringing. You agree not to submit any illegal, abusive, or deceptive content.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, templates, dashboards, logos, and code on this site are owned or licensed by MOR or Seven17 LLC, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You must obtain written permission before reusing or redistributing any content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOR and Seven17 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, even if advised of their possibility.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MOR, Seven17 LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, without reference to conflict-of-law doctrines. Any dispute not resolved within 30 days by mutual negotiation shall be exclusively adjudicated in the courts of King County, WA.
